The Role:

• Supporting the Complex Manager in the implementation of the Retail operational strategy
• Following visual merchandise guides, planograms, in store standards and operations manual
• Delivering retail opportunities across the park, driving a pro-active sales culture at park events and activities, including up-selling at all opportunities
• Providing the highest standards of service and interaction to all customers
• Placing and receiving orders ensuring top sellers are always available
• Support with stock takes.
