Job description:
- To be fully customer centric at all times whilst also multi-tasking
- Maintain stock replenishment levels within the store to maximise on shelf availability, and stock management operational controls
- Proactive learning approach to complete the internal Induction course to ensure you are qualified to advise ourcustomers with all of their needs by hitting the company training benchmarks
- To be able to interact with customers by offering a consultative approach and recommendation to select products in store or to place orders online
- Work as a team to influence achieving daily goals
- Confidence to offer additional products
All the training hours and qualification is paid
