We are currently recruiting for Retail Hosts to join the UK’s most exciting Castle, home to the UK's largest birds of prey show The Falconers Quest and host to a number of spectacular Attractions and Events such as The Haunted Castle, Music Concerts and Christmas at the Castle which includes an ice rink and light show.

Reporting into the Assistant Retail Operations Manager you will join our guest obsessed commercial team. Offering ultimate customer service in one of our retail units across our 64 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens, including Pageant Field, the Peacock Garden and Central Courtyard.

• A willingness to learn and develop your skills

• Previous retail experience is desirable

This is a seasonal role. Due to the nature of our business you will be required to work weekends and bank holidays. Maybe asked to work the occasional evening over Halloween and Christmas holidays. Flexibility is therefore essential.
