Retail Sales Assistant

We're seeking an extra full-time member of staff.

Type: Permanent

Hours: Minimum 35 hours/week. Work hours will include weekdays and weekends.

Salary: NMW + Store Credit + Commission + Bonuses for reaching sales targets.

Requirements: Must have a car to be able to travel to all 3 stores (Cookstown, Magherafelt, Dungannon). Vaping knowledge is preferable but not required, training will be provided.

Duties will include:

• Serving customers including giving advice

• Handling cash, using the Point of Sale (POS)

• Working towards sales targets

• Merchandising stands and tidying item displays

• Cleaning & maintaining the store

• Performing stock takes

• Rotate and replenish stock on the shop floor

• Deal with customer returns

• Providing excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

• Cookstown: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (required)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
