Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for both full and part time Customer Care Advisors to work in our flagship inov8 Forge Store in Staveley, Cumbria.

This is about optimising the results of a busy store, providing brilliant customer service and support. We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercial and passionate, who loves being on the shop floor and interacting with customers, whilst also supporting the Customer Service Team as and when required. This role will require weekend work.

Working as part of the retail team, reporting into the Store Manager, to achieve ambitious sales targets with and through a very talented, enthusiastic and hardworking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop in a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive forward sales and provide an excellent customer experience
• Deliver brilliant customer service, both instore and online
• Give authentic, honest and knowledgeable advice on our products
• Deal with queries, returns and complaints, both instore and online
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the store whilst on shift
• Responding to and resolving customer enquiries for the website
• Providing excellent service and in-depth advice to customers, and in addition to general admin tasks
• Becoming a font of knowledge of all inov8 product lines to offer the most comprehensive answers to product specific questions from our customer base
• Helping out with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

The ideal candidate should have the following relevant experience:

• Previous retail experience is essential
• Good people skills and experience in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong communication skills
• An interest in the outdoors and/or fitness
