Retail Sales Consultant

You'll be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the store, liaising with customers, keeping the place looking great and using our systems to process orders. Your most important job will be delivering the "comfiest" retail experience that our customers have ever had!

Some of busiest times are weekends and bank holidays. Whilst we endeavour to support flexible working patterns, you would be expected to cover some of these as part of your working week.

At Mattress Online, we believe in making customers feel comfy... and this includes the store experience. We don't want pushy selling. We take a more human and caring approach.

We're looking for people who can make our customers feel comfy. This means doing the right things........ Building rapport, asking good open questions and creating the right sleep solution for each and every customer.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: From £21,000.00 per year
