As a Store Manager for OFFSPRING you will act as an OFFSPRING brand ambassador; You will inspire, coach and lead the team to deliver excellence as well as drive growth and KPI’s. You will be passionate about setting and maintaining high standards throughout your store and helping this to shine through in your team’s excellent customer service.
What are we looking for?
- A love for retail, footwear and fashion.
- Full time and fully flexible candidates with a passion for retail!
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment with an enthusiastic attitude. Commercial awareness with the ability to read sales reports and also spot any key opportunities for sales growth.
- A strong retailing background with solid experience at Assistant/ Store Manager level.
- Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team.
