THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a key role within the Jaguar and Land Rover UK Marketing Communications team, to provide marketing support for our UK Retailer Network. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across sales & marketing functions and retailers, while ensuring agency partners deliver impactful marketing materials that are aligned to brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

In this varied role, you will work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, to deliver marketing support for New Car, Fleet & Business, Approved Used and Customer Service marketing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• 
  Working with our creative, media and events agencies on the development and delivery of centralised marketing programmes, to meet both commercial objectives of JLR UK and Retailer business requirements. Including finding new, innovative routes to target potential customers.
• Full campaign management, from brief, to delivery and impact reporting, on time, on budget and compliant
• Working with our creative agency to develop UK specific Retailer Marketing materials to support new product launches and model year updates for all nameplates.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including the UK NSC field team, marketing agency, Global Communications teams, Retailer Heads of Business and Retailer Marketing Managers
• Writing compelling internal communications (written and presentation) to brief retailer network on Marketing support and campaigns being deployed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

This role requires excellent organisation and project management skills, coupled with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver who thrives manging multiple stakeholders and business objectives.

• Ability to work to deadlines, including time management when working remotely.
• Team Player, building strong working relationships with all stakeholders and team members.
• Analytical and insight driven approach.
• Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint (good, working level of knowledge).
• Marketing experience is essential,
• Experience in Automotive or Luxury sectors, either in marketing or sales, is desirable.
