The University of Bristol Residential Facilities Team are currently looking for a Cleaning Operative to work within our student residential properties as part of our extensive cleaning team. The role will be based in our Clifton area.
The responsibilities include carrying out general cleaning, other related domestic duties and assisting the Supervisor in ensuring that a safe, clean, and hygienic environment is well maintained.
The post holder will have an awareness and understanding of basic health and safety issues.
Essential skills include the ability to interact well with both staff and students.
A reasonable level of literacy is required, in order to maintain accurate records.
Good understanding of cleanliness & hygiene.
Prior experience is beneficial, but not necessary.
It is anticipated interviews will be held soon after the closing date.
