Fancy working across two landmark attractions, interacting with our guests either on their journey to Far Far Away to find Shrek or on their way to Traitors Gate to have their heads chopped off?

Working here feels pretty outstanding and our rides team are fizzing with fun and a vital ingredient in the guest experience! Therefore, we’re looking for someone who strives for the best and are health and safety focused.

What we are looking for

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably from within the entertainments industry

• An outgoing personality and willingness to become part of our experience

• A health and safety conscious individual who is focused and driven

• Must be 18 years and above due to the nature of the role

• Literate and proficient in English with good eyesight and hearing (this can be with contact lenses, glasses, or hearing aids if vital)

This is an exciting role focusing on the health and safety of our guests, ensuring they enjoy a safe and memorable experience. This is not an acting role, however you will be dressed in costume and interacting in character, so an outgoing personality is a requirement.

Along with your fellow team members you will be adhering to the code of safe working practice to ensure the safe and efficient loading of guests onto our Tyrant Boat ride, Drop Dead, drop ride and the Magic bus ride! As well as operating the lifts that lead to Far Far Away. You will always ensure that health and safety is the number one priority.

This is a fixed term seasonal role, contracted until September 2023. There are contracts of minimum 25 guaranteed hours per week and 10 guaranteed hours per week up for grabs. Our attractions are open daily so full availability is needed, and you’ll be expected to work your fair share of weekends, bank holidays and peak seasons.
