A day in the life of…

As a Room Attendant you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our Guests ensuring they are looked after and attended to in a timely and professional manner. You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms and ensure linen is laundered and amenities are replenished. Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH

Based in the AC Hotel, Belfast you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Our Riverside City Centre location appeals to a diverse range of guests from corporate to leisure. We have 8 floors, conference space and a gym area for guests as well as a full service restaurant- Novellis at City Quays

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will work well within a team, be proactive and clean to very high standards.
