Sales and Customer Service Support

Do you have Sales and Customer support experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Dunstable? Siemens Healthineers is working with a client seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Support, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As the Sales and Customer Support, you will provide customers with support and effective communication. You will also be responsible for closely managing one of the company's major product lines and processing orders and ensuring production plans are up-date. The hours of work are 40 hours per week, 5 days per week: working from 07:30 - 16:00 with a 30-minute break.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Provide sales support working with the UK Commercial Manager
• Be responsible for closely managing one of the company's major product lines
• Manage our available capacity
• Record product sales data for review
• Replanning of product batches, when required

To apply for this Sales and Customer Support role, you will need experience in sales administration or customer support role. You will also require the following:

• Regular customer interaction via phone and email communication
• Good verbal communication, clear spoken English
• High levels of commitment to customer service
• Experience with contract management and reporting
