Sales and Recruitment Officer

Full Time | Permanent | £29,597 - £31,343 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Employer Solutions Team.

Your main responsibilities:

• To engage with employers in specified sectors and support them with employee skills training and development, cross-selling and upselling the College’s range of full cost and funded provision.
• To be responsible for the communication with key employers, managing requests for training and support with the resolution of issues in relation to College provision and apprenticeships.
• To deliver set key performance indicators and meet individual and team targets for sales of full cost and funded provision whilst adhering to the Employer Solutions operational standards.

You must have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to meet targets and deadlines while working accurately, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and organise and prioritise own work schedule.
• Good communication and networking skills
• Must hold a current driving licence and have use of a vehicle for work purposes
