As a retail Sales Assistant you'll be responsible for supporting the sales growth of the store, connecting with the local community, and delivering exceptional services. You are energetic, great at building rapport and are sales focused. You'll be part of a close-knit fun team, be rewarded for delivering high-quality customer satisfaction and fulfil consumer needs beyond the norm.

What You'll Be Doing

• Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
• Supporting overall store & team KPIs
• Establishing rapport with customers to understand their needs and wants whilst utilising cross-sell and up-sell skills
• Ensuring your know-how and training is up to date including products, new launches, and promotions
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers with experience beyond expectation

What You'll Need

• Previous sales/customer services orientated experience (preferred)
• Able to work towards multiple targets
• Enthusiastic, driven, and well-mannered communication skills
• Capability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to adhere to customer confidentiality
• Understand the principles of selling credit
• Show a genuine interest in technology, products, and services we provide
• Possess a growth mind-set
