Sales Associate - Heathrow

We have a number of vacancies within our Heathrow Terminal stores where you will work a variety of shift times (ranging from starting at 5:15 to finishing at 22:15). Therefore, you must live locally enough to commute to Heathrow to begin work at 5:15.

Candidates must have a valid, in-date passport for this role. This is a 40-hours per week role and you must be available to work a variety of shift times over 7 days.

As a Sales Associate at Smythson, you will be responsible for:

• Providing friendly, thoughtful and considered customer service
• Having and maintaining excellent up-to-date product knowledge
• Reaching, and where possible, exceeding sales targets set
• Ensuring the store and stock are impeccably presented at all times
• Assisting the management team with store and operational procedures
• Having a willing a pro-active approach, with excellent communication skills
• A second language is a distinct advantage, especially Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic and/or any European language.

Salary ranges from £26,000 too £28,000 depending on experience. You will also receive:

• 1% commission on all personal sales.
• £500 dress allowance paid each year
