Sales Director

Title: Sales Director (Publishing/Sponsorship Sales Background)

Location: Farringdon, London

Salary: £90,000 base, £200,000+ OTE

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our team of 25 salespeople and report to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in publishing/sponsorship sales and have managed teams of 10-20 people in the past. Additionally, the candidate must be a great motivator and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 25 salespeople
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective sales operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in publishing/sponsorship sales
• Must have experience of managing a team of 10+ salespeople
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
