Sales Manager

Sales Manager, Oxford, Jewellery & Pre Owned watches

We are looking for a talented sales manager in the Oxford store .You will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.

Responsibilities & Key requirements :

• Lead sales in store
• Drive performance and sales through KPI's and team management
• Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
• Have excellent visual merchandising standards
• Worked within a customer facing sales environment
• Proven background in delivering targets
• Highly presented

Salary: is only a guide and depends on the experience of the candidate

Due to the current market we can only respond to those candidates who closely match the above criteria

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
