We are an extremely high-performance firm with all staff having broken sales and delivery records. This role is being recruited for at an exciting stage of our growth plans.

We're currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to support with the day-to-day management and training of our rapidly growing sales team. Responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, hiring and delivering sales training to entry-level salespeople
• Acting as line manager for new and existing salespeople
• Assess team performance vs targets and KPI's
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members
• Foster a high-performance team environment
• Identify improvements to existing training programmes and on-boarding processes

The successful candidate for this role MUST have demonstrable and proven experience of successful sales/business development team management. Industry experience would be a huge advantage, but not essential provided you have experience of sales/BD team management within sectors such as IT/software sales, recruitment or financial services.
