Sales Support Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised part-time Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day sales administration tasks, via email and phone.

Role and Responsibilities

• Send sales emails daily (approx 50 emails a day)
• Research on LinkedIn for contacts
• Send email campaigns
• Conduct follow-ups via email and phone

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK

Bonus experience

• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience with CRM Hubspot

Hours

• Monday to Friday - 10 hours per week
• Flexible hours (10:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00 pm-3:00 pm)
