Stephen James BMW is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join the BMW new car sales team and support with the logistics and customer experience. This is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the world’s most admired brands in the automotive industry.

Your role

Working in BMW New Car Sales, you will be a crucial part of the sales operation and will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service whilst managing the BMW vehicle deliveries and showroom display.

The main duties of the role include:

• 
  Maintain the showroom vehicle display to the highest standard.
• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries from BMW.
• Ensure pre checks are carried out, with Valeting and PDI departments to ensure vehicles are ready for handover collection.
• Managing Motability hand back and collections by both customers and BCA
• Creating and sending the BMW digital vehicle handover video
• Assisting Sales team with the customer handover, demonstrating all the features, setting up connected devices and installing the BMW app where required
• Creating CitNow videos for enquiries as necessary
• Managing the Customer café lounge area and the Coffee machine
• Collection of cars or Demonstrators from other Stephen James locations
• Assist in looking after customers for sales and ensuring they are well looked after and updated.
• Accompanying customers on Test drives

Your profile

• 
  Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• IT literate with strong administration and organisational skill
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferable in the motor trade
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Full valid, clean, (manual) UK Driving Licence - 1 year minimum

Salary and Hours

Basic salary £24,500 per annum.

Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm and occasionally maybe required to work Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm with an agreed day off in the week.
