The Reckitt central ERP SAP Programme test manager primary responsibility is to provide overall governance and management of all the ERP SAP testing within the ERP SAP Transformation programme.

We're looking for someone with SAP Testing Background, who understands how an SAP programme works and what is required to work with multiple departments to ensure the success of the programme transformation. We don't necessarily need hands on SAP technical experience, but we do want someone that understands the SAP programme lifecycle and can coordinate and pull the strings to reach our end goal.

Here's just some of the things you'll be involved with:

• Ensure all required tooling to support the testing workstream is in place and is maintained as required
• Provide onboarding, guidance, training and ALM support to the local SAP ERP test leads throughout the duration of the ERP SAP Deployment
• Collaborate with other central workstreams within the ERP programme to ensure all the testing activities and deliverables are understood
• Co-ordinate with the deployment project management teams and local SAP ERP test leads to ensure the local teams are adhering to the ERP Best Practices for testing
• Support the local SAP ERP test leads, local Super Users, Business Process Leads and Business Process Owners to define the scope of UAT including data and resource requirements, leveraging a risk-based test approach and taking advantage of automated test scrips to optimise the UAT effort
• Review and approve the required deliverables throughout the SAP Deployments e.g., SIT/UAT execution plan, execution schedule, completion reports that have been produced by the local SAP ERP test leads
• Ensure the local SAP ERP test lead provides the required daily status reporting, defects, run rates
• Management of the TEST RAG phases / reports for the required governance meetings
• Supporting and running one step ahead briefings before different project test phases
• Responsible for coordinating regression and performance testing

Here's what we'd like:

• Good understanding of Project Management Methodologies and how these apply to testing
• Good knowledge of business processes and computer systems
• Experience of test management in an SAP or other ERP deployment programme.
• Ability to manage up and down including confident interaction with senior stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and execute activities with minimum supervision in a high-pressure global environment
