Bernard Matthews are looking for experienced and skilled Process Controllers, Machine Minders and Line Leaders to join the team at Great Witchingham for seasonal work.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Supporting the shift and department manager
- Maintaining and checking the production lines
- Ensuring product quality and specifications are compliant
- Filling out paperwork accurately
- Following Health and Safety procedures
- Ensure optimal efficiency of production
- Ensure quality is controlled
- Following all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Delivering KPI objectives
- Ensure effective communication within the team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Machine Minder, Process Controller or Line Leader
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Previous experience within the food industry
- Good level of written and spoken English
- HACCAP awareness and compliance
- Food Hygiene and Safety awareness
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to self-motivate
The working hours are Monday-Friday either 6am-14:18pm or 14:12pm-22:30pm
£12.84 per hour
Free transport available from Norwich or Great Yarmouth
