Security Officer

Intacept Security are an SIA Approved Contractor seeking a Security Officer (SIA Licenced) to cover security on our customer site located in Bourn, Cambridge. A flexible approach is required and additional hours available as and when required.

Hours: 1800 - 0600 hours (shift pattern 4 on 4 off)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

 Provide a professional security presence

 Act as a deterrent to protect customers, property and staff

 Duties as specified within Assignment Instructions

 Access / egress control

 Conduct internal and external patrols, temperature checks, unlocks and locks

 Follow emergency procedures and liaise with emergency services as required

 Completion of reports and paperwork in accordance with Assignment Instructions

 Answer telephone

 Some computer work and admin duties

 Abide with Health & Safety regulations

Requirements for the role:-

 A valid SIA Licence

 Excellent written and communication skills

 Be computer literate

 Organised with the ability to work on own initiative

 Follow Assignment Instructions and carry out duties as required by the Customer
