Security Officer (Full-time)

Applications are invited for SIA-qualified Security Officers to work on behalf of a highly respected, and major leader in food and drinks manufacturing in the UK.

GSTS is one of the UK’s leading security companies. We are a national provider of security services including manned guarding, risk consultancy, and a fully accredited specialist training provider.

You will be working on a 4on4off shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, with both nights and days available.

Starting pay will be £10.50 per hour with an enhanced overtime rate.

Twenty days of holiday per year not including bank holidays.

Full uniform and PPE will be provided.

Your duties will include but not be restricted to:

• Controlling vehicle and pedestrian access to the site
• Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
• Carrying out foot patrols
• Responding to site emergencies as and when required
• Ensuring heavy goods vehicle drivers comply with site safety rules and procedures

Gatehouse experience in a distribution/logistics facility is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
