Self Employed Live In Carer

The Live In Care Company are currently seeking self-employed, live-in carers, to support clients across the UK.

Sometimes, traditional care agencies can be pretty daunting. Being sent to a client you don’t know, in an area you’ve never heard of, isn’t ideal.

Every client has different needs, but in this role you could be:

• Providing companionship and support
• Professional care giving, such as assistance with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting and moving and handling)
• First-aid and medication prompting
• Helping with some household duties, such as cooking meals, laundry and gardening
• Assisting with paperwork, attending appointments or running errands with clients
• Supporting your clients hobbies, such as baking cakes, going for walks or doing crafts

What we look for:

• A kind and compassionate personality
• Reliability and strong communication skills
• A minimum of one years experience in a live in care role
• A clean Enhanced DBS check completed within the last 3 years
• Carer Liability Insurance
