SENIOR AESTHETIC PRACTITIONER - DR LEAH COSMETIC SKIN CLINICS

Dr Leah Cosmetic Skin Clinics are a chain of award-winning doctor-led clinics, owned by Dr Leah Totton (winner of BBC The Apprentice) and Lord Alan Sugar.

Our clinics are well known for excellent customer service, innovative treatments and high profile clientele. We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Aesthetic Therapist interested in career progression to work across our London Based clinics, alongside renowned doctors in our ever-expanding business.

Job Description

The job is based in our busy London Clinic and is suited to an experienced aesthetic therapist who is motivated by an excellent commission structure (commission is paid on ALL treatments performed and is uncapped).

Successful candidates should be working in an aesthetic clinic, with a minimum of two years post qualification experience including laser experience. Although full training will be provided on the equipment and brands we work with, preference will be given to candidates with experience of Soprano/Harmony lasers, 3D Lipo, Ultherapy, Microneeding, Morpheus 8 ,facial skin peels and advanced skincare experience. We use Obagi Medical skincare (so experience with this brand would be an advantage).

The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, excellent written and spoken English, and professionally conduct themselves fitting with the elite Dr Leah brand.

Required skills and experience:

• NVQ Level 4
• Laser core knowledge
• A minimum of two years post qualification experience in aesthetics
• Experience in lasers (face & body)
• Experience in electronic facials and skin analysis
• Experience in Ultherapy, Morpheus 8 & Obagi (Advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well presented
• Professional attitude
• Flexible with availability
• Excellent and dedicated attitude towards their work

Requirements

Qualifications: Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3/4
Work Experience - Sales: 1-2 Years, Practical: 3+ Years
Languages: English
A valid UK/ EU work permit: Required

Package Benefits

- Basic Salary of £27,000 plus excellent uncapped commission paid on all treatments performed (commission is circa £10,000- £15,000 per annum dependent on individual therapist performance) giving total yearly earnings of our senior therapists of around £37,000-£39,000

Salary - Competitive + dependent on experience

Full time Salary: £27,000.00 Basic salary + around £10,000- £14,000 per year commission per year

Part time Salary is the above pro rate for days worked
