Senior Employee Relations Manager

You will work with senior stakeholders to drive good employee relations practice and embed a Just and Learning Culture. You will be responsible for developing a team of competent HR professionals to enable a positive employee relations culture to develop. You will provide highly complex advice on casework to senior service users. You will lead strategic, trust-wide Employee Relations related projects.
