Senior - EY Law, Project Finance - Open to flexible working

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Projects/Project Finance lawyer, preferably with some energy or infrastructure experience, to join our team in London. Candidates with a strong academic background will be preferred. This role will be working alongside the Partners on a range of project related matters, often but not always, with an energy connection.

The Energy, Infrastructure and Finance team at EY Law is relatively new, but has already secured Tier rankings in the Legal 500; the team has also been shortlisted by The Lawyer magazine for the award of Energy & Infrastructure Team of the Year. The team works across a diverse range of energy matters (including the newest forms of clean energy production), and also a wide range of infrastructure projects including roads, ports and airports. The work has a strong international in flavour.

Skills and Attributes

• Projects/Project Finance Lawyer with 1 - 4 years PQE
• Qualified in England & Wales
• Strong technical/legal skills
• Impressive academic background
• Provides highest levels of service to clients and colleagues
• Can demonstrate team-work and relationship building skills
• An innovative mindset (supporting the use of technology to improve service delivery)
• Proactive and a self-starter
• Able to work independently
