We are looking to grow our team and are looking for compassionate, kind and supportive people to become part of our proud and dedicated team at Advantage Healthcare. You will be a senior carer with plenty of experience of complex spinal injury care. We have a 30 year old young women who is a delight to care for. She access community activities daily with her team and requires care 24/7. Shifts include nights( split shift- part waking part sleep-in) and long days.

• Manual handling/medication management
  
• Bowel management- manual evacuation
• Secretion Management - Oral suctioning, nebulisers
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation care
• Spinal Injury
