Blossomfield Rose is part of the MACC CARE family which opened in October! We are looking to recruit a team of special people to offer the highest standards of care in this 80-bed state-of-the-art care home offering a range of facilities and living space. WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE INCLUDE?

• Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse and supporting the Nurse to complete monthly and weekly checks to monitor the health of our residents and reporting any significant changes
• Administering medication in line with the Macc Care medication policy and assist in keeping accurate records.
• You will be responsible for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents.
• Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.
• Maintaining accurate care records on the electronic care plan system
• Undertaking ongoing training and getting involved in welcoming and supporting new staff.
