Job description

We are a boutique Laser and Skin Clinic in Marylebone specialising in the latest anti-ageing skin rejuvenation treatments and laser treatments including laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, laser tattoo removal, laser skin rejuvenation, Morpheus8, Radiofrequency.

We are looking to hire an outstanding Aesthetician for our clinic who will be join our team and be responsible for carrying out the day to day running of the clinic as well as the laser and skin care treatments. It is essential that you are presentable, speak English well, are polite and personable and have strong experience in the latest, high end skin and laser treatments. We are looking for someone with strong sales skills who can upsell products and treatments. You will be given additional training but it is important that you have been working with treatments such as laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, micro-needling for a minimum of 3 years in a busy clinic.

Job Type: Part Time with the view to go full time from August.

Salary: £13- £16 / hour, dependant on experience.

At the moment we require someone for half days only who can commit to 15:00-20:00 shift 2-3 times per week as well as 1 Saturday or Sunday per month. From August the position will become a full time position when we move into our larger flagship clinic.

Please only apply if you can commit to evening work 2 x per week until 8pm.

Positions requirements

NVQ level 3 is a minimum (NVQ4 ideal) in beauty therapy or equivalent qualification

Minimum 3 year working with laser and skin treatments. Particular experience using the Soprano ICE laser hair removal system, Harmony XL Pro, SkinPen, Morpheus 8 is desired but not a necessity

Excellent customer service skills

Strong sales experience and commercial awareness

Be passionate about achieving results and combining treatments.

Good team player, reliable, committed, flexible, presentable and conscientious. Strong sales skills. Able to work flexible shift pattern, display a friendly and professional manner and be able to communicate effectively with patients, management and co-workers.
