Do you have excellent administration skills and looking for a role where you can integrate yourself within a frontline social care team?
Our Senior Practice Coordinators provide direct support and assistance to operational Team Managers and social care practitioners, enabling them to have more time to undertake direct work with children, young people, and families.
You will be the point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will need excellent interpersonal skills. You should be confident in undertaking a range of duties with a practice focus, including the production of documents, populating spreadsheets and databases, organising and minuting meetings. As well as associated administrative tasks, finance tasks and other duties required to support the frontline practitioners.
You will work closely with the Team Manager and Head of Service to monitor and track performance data and assist with the recruitment processes for both Operational and Support roles.
Whilst working remotely will be a key feature of this role, office-based working at County Hall will be determined by the needs of the business. Our technology platform and equipment are first class enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.
