Advance is a highly reputable charitable organisation which specialise in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health throughout the UK, and we are excited to be recruiting for Two enthusiastic and inspiring Senior Practitioners - Autism and Positive Behaviour Support, in our specialist Autism and Complex support service, providing support to people aged 16-25 years in Poole
About the role
As the Senior Practitioner – Autism and Positive Behaviour Support, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and developing support workers practice within the service. Working closely with the Autism & Positive Behaviour Support Manager in leading, developing, monitoring, and evaluating support practice in line with Advance policies and procedures, best practice, contractual and regulatory standards.
On occasion you may be asked to be responsible for the line management of Support Workers for a short period when your manager is on leave.
