Senior Recruitment Consultant

Here at Locke Staffing Group, we have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team! Working within Technology, we cover three verticals: Cyber Security (Locke&McCloud), Salesforce.com (TechOhana), and NetSuite (Suite-Select) focusing on the EMEA and US regions. Currently have offices in UK, USA & Germany. Fully self-funded- no outside investment.

To be considered for this role you must have at least 12 months' experience in a 360 Recruitment position.

We'd look at senior, principal or managing consultant's looking to make a rapid step up to the leadership team.

Your job will include:

• Running a 360 desk
• Develop and implement individual business plans for your growth.
• Lead by example through, consistent fee performance, activity and attitude
• Working with the leadership team on initiatives and projects
• Identifying and building long-lasting relationships with clients
• Communicating with highly technical individuals about who we are, what we do, and how we do it.

Salary: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
