SEO and Content Executive

We are looking for a Content and SEO Executive to join our team and support our clients' organic search performance. In this role, you will work closely with our Content Strategist to implement content strategies, analyse data, and communicate SEO tactics to clients. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to writing blogs, and analyse client data for SEO improvements. Your role will be crucial in driving SEO performance for clients and our own website.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive organic search performance for clients in B2C and B2B sectors
• Implement content strategies aligned with clients' business goals
• Execute content delivery, including persona documents, engaging emails, and newsletters
• Report results to clients and adapt strategies based on performance
• Collaborate with relevant teams to define SEO strategy and develop action plans
• Write blogs on digital marketing topics and communicate SEO strategy to internal teams
• Analyse client data and identify SEO strategies for improving traffic and rankings
• Collaborate with Martech and Paid Media teams for content strategies

About You:

• • At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on content strategy and organic search performance
  • Familiarity with B2C and B2B sectors and understanding of their content marketing requirements
  • Experience in data analysis and using data-driven insights for decision making
  • Proficient in technical SEO analysis and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on performance results and client feedback
  • Attention to detail and ability to review and analyse technical and on-page SEO issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in lead nurturing and conversion-driven content marketing strategies
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks and projects

  Working Conditions

  • Able to work remotely with 1-2 monthly visits to the office in Elstead, Guildford
  • Be legally able to work in the UK – although this role is remote, UK law states that all employees must have legal right to work in the UK.
