With hubs all over the globe, we work with some of the boldest brands in the world, helping them to cut through the chaos and navigate a fragmented digital ecosystem.

Brave Bison Performance
With a rich heritage in data science and proving ROI – we're the proud Performance arm of the Brave Bison. From paid media to SEO to DPR and everything in-between, we skill-share and work together to test the boundaries of what’s possible. We love what we do.
With an impressive roster of clients that span across a whole range of industries, from retail to technology, including the likes of: New Balance, Currys, Hiscox and GHD. We truly get to the heart of our clients’ businesses to unlock incremental growth. We're unstacked and don't believe one size fits all.
We’re award winning for a reason. We know that to create epic campaigns in a world this complex you can’t stick to what you know or what you’ve done. Last year we grew our clients’ business by an impressive £10 billion, beating industry standard results across the board.
We’re curious and don’t play it safe. Keeping ourselves accountable we test creative approaches to campaigns by partnering with the best tech out there and when it doesn’t do exactly what we want we build our own. Together we’ll try new ideas, track everything and optimise everywhere.
Step into a universe like no other.
Role & responsibilities:
Qualification & skills requirements
Ideally, you will already be in a consultant-level role, either in-house or agency side, with at least 3 years of experience in SEO, and have been taking on more ownership of your accounts and are ready to take the next step. In your current role, you will be supporting several small accounts with support from seniors, so have gained both the SEO knowledge and project/account management expertise that are essential for taking on responsibility for more challenging SEO strategies and clients.
Our ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the basics of SEO and a desire and ability to learn and will suck up new skills and knowledge like a sponge. We’re looking for people with logical and analytical minds who can show some initiative and take pride in their work.
