The Club

Ingrebourne Links Golf & Country Club opened in June 2017, bringing with it outstanding golf, dining, function and health & fitness facilities.

The club comprises of 27-holes of golf, a state-of-the-art gym, dance studio, dedicated spin studio, luxurious locker rooms, Brasserie and stunning function facilities. Members and none members are also be able to enjoy daily dining in the Brasserie and make use of the conference and banqueting suite for private hire.

The Role

The club are now seeking Food and Beverage Assistants who will work in partnership with the Food and Beverage Manager. We have 40 hour contracted positions along with casual hours. Our opening times are Sunday to Thursday 8am - 7pm and Friday to Saturday 7am - 1am. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding levels of service and continuing to build on our strong reputation.

This is a role for someone with high standards and keen to learn and develop a career within the hospitality industry.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate their knowledge, ideas, enthusiasm and dedication, as well as having a desire to progress and a ‘can do’ attitude. Volume catering and experience in functions is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in all aspects of the food and beverage department.
• Working in either the brasserie or the function suite serving food and beverages.
• Responsibility for stock rotation and ensuring both bars are fully stocked.
• Ensuring the function suite is set up ready for future events.
• Cashing up and reconciling tills at end of day.
• Supporting other areas of the business as required.

The Person :

• Essential is a passion to deliver high customer service levels and to work as part of a team.
• Previous related work experience is preferable
• Good face to face communication skills with a friendly and approachable persona.

Salary

Good rates of pay available, from £10.45 per hour. Rates based on experience and responsibilities
