Server/Waiter/Waitress (Full Time)

We are currently looking to recruitWaiting Staffto work within our Six By Nico Finnieston restaurant, whereFull-Timepositions are available.

Six by Nico is a vibrant and unique restaurant group focusing around a themed six course tasting menu, currently thriving in Scotland, Northern Ireland & England.

We always aim to deliver the highest standard of service across both front and back of house, to ensure our customers have the best experience possible.

Our front of house team play a fundamental role in delivering a service that is packed full of knowledge and confidence but also bursting with personality.

Every new menu comes the opportunity to develop your personal knowledge of food and wine further. We provide in-house training to give well rounded knowledge that will enable the delivery of the poised and first class service that we are renowned for.

Key responsibilities would be

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge
• Delivering that product knowledge to customers with confidence.
• Assisting head waiter/waitress on providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting the kitchen team by delivering food to tables and explaining dishes correctly.
• Clearing tables and ensuring that appropriate cutlery is provided.
• Preparing and serving drinks at the bar
• Displaying enthusiasm at all times, both with customers and your colleagues. Above all you will be apart of a fantastic hardworking team within a thriving environment with fast paced room for progression!

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Confident in a busy, fast paced environment
• Communication skills
• Can do attitude
