Job Type:

• Permanent
• Full time
• 40 hours
• Monday-Friday (8:30-5)

Location:

· Dunraven Head Office- Heol Mostyn, Village Farm Industrial Estate, St David’s House, Pyle, Bridgend CF33 6BJ

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Provide remedial service for warranty of products to an established customer database

· Plan and schedule engineers

· Update customer database

· Ordering parts for customers both internally and externally

· Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and Word

· Good telephone manner

· Ability to work as a team and independently

Candidate must have the following qualities: -

· Telephone manner

· Punctual

· Organised

· Multi-task

· Work independently and part of a team

· Able to work in a busy environment

· Approachable and friendly
