As this role is within Jersey, you will need a registration card for proof of right to work.
The Volunteer Coordinator and Support Workers on the Island will need focused, strong and empathetic leadership to be able to deliver on their goals to improve the quality of life of people in Jersey. They need someone to look after the budgets, liaise with Health Professionals, Jersey Fire and Rescue Service as well as Government Officials, making sure there’s a clear two way communication between the teams. They need someone to make sure any training or support is available to the team and delivered. They need you.
With a need for up to 20 volunteers and staff on Jersey providing support to Islanders, they need someone who is comfortable recruiting and inducting new colleagues. They need someone who can collect information and create reports to make data driven decisions where circumstances allow. They need someone to ensure high standards of service are provided and delivered safely to the community. They need you.
Our team need someone that is able to build strong working relationships with our stakeholders; Jersey Fire and Rescue Service, hospitals, GPs, Third Sector Partners, funders and Jersey Government. Confident to manage a Jersey based team of amazing staff and volunteers providing support to Islanders. They need someone who is comfortable negotiating new service contracts. They need you.
