A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Specialist to join our already highly successful team at Harley-Davidson Norwich.
About the role
Standard customer service is not enough here at H-D Norwich and we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards of H-D & LIND at all times.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting to the Head of Service, Parts & Clothing

Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours via the retail counter
- Liaising with all Departments
- Pre picking of parts
- Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed

Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
- Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry to sale
- Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within the motorcycle /automotive trade
- A can-do attitude

Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Good mechanical knowledge of H-D motorcycles
- Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge

A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
