The Vacancy
We have an opportunity for a SHE Advisor to join our Wates Property Services team supporting the London and South East region. The focus of this role is to provide professional SHE support, advice and coaching at regional business level; engaging with Project Teams, Ops Directors and supply chain peers to ensure that the business SHE policy is promoted and effectively deployed.
Key Accountabilities will also include:
We are looking for you to have previous Building Services or Maintenance experience on a range of large scale projects, and to be NEBOSH General or Construction certificate, to demonstrate a basic level of the required safety knowledge, along with knowledge of PASMA, IPAF, asbestos, and other general construction equipment, systems, activities and associated legislation
To be successful in the role you will be an excellent communicator with good coaching skills and highly developed influencing skills.
