SHIFT ENGINEER

We are Hiring!

Reporting to the Shift Engineering Team Leader, the post holder will provide an effective engineering service to the production team and respond to demands in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will also maintain equipment both proactively and reactively to ensure factory performance meets targets and KPIs, as well as improving equipment availability and performance to meet OEE targets. What you will need:

• 
  Time served engineer in either Mechanical or electrical.
  


• Relevant qualifications, BTEC, City and Guilds or NVQ L3
• 
  Food manufacturing experience desired
• 
  Self- Motivated and good problem solving skills.

This is a continental shift pattern where you will be required to work on a 4 on, 4 off basis, 2 days, 2 nights, 12hr shifts.
