What will the Shift Manager do?

• Work with the Assistant manager giving feedback and advice on the store.
• Motivate and lead a shift.
• Provide the customer with a fist class experience by example.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
• Maintain Health and Safety standards across the store.

What skills with the Shift Manager Require?

· Great communicator

· Remain Level under pressure

· Reward and recognise staff efforts and achievements

· Have great customer service experience.

What the Shift Manager will receive in return
