What will I do as a Shift Leader?

• Open and close the store and ensure the store is safe and legal
  
• Provide outstanding, friendly and helpful service across all areas of the store, removing barriers and creating moments that matter for our customers
• Support and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and availability across the departments
• Supports colleagues to follow guidelines to stock effectively to maximise sales, minimise waste

Flexibility is really important to us as you will need to be able to work some evenings and weekends.
