We are looking for Shift Supervisors to join our Team in our stores in Richmond

We sell fresh gelato made daily by our in-house gelatieres, lavish, natural chocolates, and skillfully crafted coffee.

The Role

Shift Supervisors create a slice of Italy in London, serving chocolate and gelato with genuine hospitality and care. The role is exciting, fast paced and has lots of opportunities for progression.

The Shift Supervisor supports the Store Managers to run small, high impact teams including food and beverage operatives, an in-house gelatiere (gelato chef) and sales assistants.

In store leadership focuses on customer service, people management and driving sales and profit.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• A passion for fine chocolate, gelato and Italian food culture.
• A self motivated, solutions focused person able to contribute to detail and the bigger picture.
• Experience leading a team.
• Adaptability, resilience and flexibility.
• Fluency in multiple languages would be an advantage but not essential.

Pay & Benefits

11.50-12.30 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Salary: £12.30 per hour
