SIA Door Supervisor

We are looking for Door Supervisors to join our team and be a part of an exciting and fast-paced work environment.

This position requires excellent communication skills, and the successful candidate will possess strong customer service abilities, an attention to detail, and an ability to think quickly in an emergency situation.

Responsibilities are:

• Use communication skills to de-escalate hostile situations.
• Use physical force to prevent, stop, and control aggressive individuals.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff.
• Control access to specific areas and maintain a safe environment by using security procedures and protocols.
• Searching persons and the persons belongings.
• Be able to write up a detailed reports.

This role is ongoing, starting rate is 12phr with a six month review and a possible pay incress, pay is subject to exprience. we have a number off doors in hertforshire and the surrounding areas and we are hiring now!
