What will the role look like?

This is an exciting opportunity which reports into the Operational Support Manager. You will be responsible for supervising day to day activities related to; record keeping & billing, site visitors, new employee boarding, management of support workers and maintenance of office buildings etc.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents
• Inventory of office supplies and ordering more
• Supporting site visits organisation
• Point of contact for 3rd party facility contractors: mainly small security, landscaping and canteen service providers
• Deliver site inductions for new employees and access for new employees
• Communication re site facilities to employees
• Auditing the facility to ensure compliance to good housekeeping practices
• Delegating and supervising any minor office/site facilities building repairs to internal maintenance team
• Assisting senior management team when needed
• Placing Purchase Orders for required goods and services
  

Background/experience

We are seeking a Site Administrator who has a proactive, hands on approach to prioritising their workload and making important decisions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience from working in a similar position. A high skills level across communication, organising and problem solving is essential along with the ability to think on your feet and make decisions. Good IT skills are required working with all Microsoft platforms including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Previous experience within an FMCG or dairy industry would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
