Future Build Recruitment – Site Manager – Limehouse

Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a reliable Site Manager for a top main contractor on a social housing refurbishment framework. This is a multi-million pound project and preferred candidates will have previous experience working on large sites for main contractors.

The works will consist of;

-External works and cladding replacement

Responsibilities

· Deliver the project from inception to completion, managing subcontractors and a small team of operatives and RLO’s

· Maintaining a solid relationship with the client, chairing progress meetings and ensuring they are aware of any changes.

· Keeping on top of planning and programming, ensuring a minimum of 10 openings per week

· Weekly progress reports with the visiting Contracts Manager

About you

· Valid qualifications – SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness

· Sound knowledge on Decent Homes projects

· Stable career history with recognized contractors

· Any experience in cladding replacement

· Experience working with tenants in situ

· Previous experience overseeing large social housing projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
