Site Supervisor Job Description

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure project specifications are met

- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project completion on time and within budget

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, schematics, blueprint reading, and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
